Outside my window...  Sunny and HOT, HOT, HOT!  

I am thinking...   about exercising.  I don't exercise at all.  I sit most of the day.  I've decided to start trying to get into shape, specifically aerobic exercise and just building up my endurance. I don't really care about losing weight.  I am unable to go to a gym, and it's just too HOT to go walking or anything outside, so I've decided to use workout videos.  I found this great series on YouTube. It is walking at home. It starts out slowly and works up to faster and longer walking time.  It's just what I need.  I did it for the first time today.  I really like it.  Once I get my endurance up, I will look for more advanced videos.  If I can stick to it, that is!  

I am thankful...  for our health.

In the kitchen...   lots of crockpot cooking.  This week's menu plans include pot roast, Italian chicken & potatoes, and meatloaf muffins.

I am wearing...  it is Sunday, 1 p.m., and I'm still in my pjs.  (It seems like I'm always in my pjs when I sit down to blog).

I am creating...  this

I am going...  hopefully nowhere- nothing makes me happier than staying home!

I am wondering...  

I am reading...  I haven't been doing much reading this year.  The only thing I'm reading now is my "bathtub book," which is currently Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

I am hoping...  

I am looking forward to...  autumn.  I'm so sick of summer!  It's time for cooler weather and open windows.

I am learning...  something new everyday....  It's amazing what you can learn just by browsing the internet. (Just be careful not to believe everything you read ;-))

Around the house...   I'm never sure what to write for his category.  I'm not a very domestic person.  My house is pretty much always the same.

A few plans for the rest of the week:   Because of Labor Day, this will be a short school week.  I have no other plans besides sticking to our regular schedule.
