Crafty Update

I've decided that I won't be participating in any stitch-alongs this year. It's too hard for me to keep them all straight and remember to post updates.

Instead, I will be posting Crafty Updates every week or so.

My current projects:

I don't remember when I started this, but I haven't touched it since October. This weekend I did a lot of the darker green colors.















I made a scarf last week.  It only took a day or two.
It's prettier in real life. ;)

I'm trying to improve my knitting skills, so I tried a new scarf pattern this week.
I learned two new stitches (yay!)  but couldn't get the pattern to turn out correctly.  I don't know if it is a problem with the pattern, my yarn, or what, but I gave up on it.  I'm going to try a new pattern tonight.
